“Amber is a brilliant teacher. The atmosphere she creates is so relaxing. I always leave her classes feeling rejuvenated, completely relaxed, and with a calm, peaceful mind. Also she really helps you to work to your full potential with every pose so you get a thorough deep stretch. I suffer with lower back pain and tension in my neck and shoulders and a general state of stress – I realise this because of how calm I feel after her classes! “Everything about this retreat was amazing, I felt I took something new away with me from each session that I now apply in my daily routine. I felt at ease as soon as I stepped into the house, and this feeling was carried with me throughout the weekend. The house is beautiful, it’s in a special place and the atmosphere there is so warm and cozy! The morning meditation outside overlooking the lake was incredible! I am fairly new to yoga, and I felt as though the sessions were perfect for all levels, with the opportunity to push myself when I wanted to, and the reminder to rest when I needed to and to listen to my body. I ended up doing a headstand which is a huge achievement for me! The massage I had was beautiful, and the wild lake swim although very cold was a complete rush, and the experience brought the group closer together! The food was incredible!! I felt completely nourished the entire time, and by the end of the weekend my skin was so soft! I’m putting that down to the morning juice! During my free time I also went on a walk up to the waterfall, a 15 minute drive away, which was beautiful!
I overcame a lot of anxieties, and pushed myself mentally and physically to the limit during this trip, and I feel so much stronger now. I have learnt so much about myself, yoga and healthy food, and I am already adapting this knowledge into my life! Thank you so much:)”

“Just returned from a week’s retreat in Menorca with Amber and Ivan. What a wonderful life changing experience. Beautiful weather, food, location and most importantly people. The island is stunning and you have plenty of free time to explore the lovely walks and beaches. Starting our day with Qigong on the cliff with the sun on your face is a memory that will stay with me for a long time, and Amber’s yoga classes are the best I have been to. We managed all our classes outdoors and even watched the moon on the rooftop on the last evening. I have come home feeling so much more at peace with the world and life.
