- Amber Serene Amber is a dedicated Yoga therapist specialising in essential physical rest for those experiencing stress, depression, anxiety and insomnia. Her intuitive sessions weave together breath work, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra & sound healing to create a profound sense of calm. Grounded in a diverse therapeutic lineage, Amber has trained in Bodywork, Acupuncture, Qigong, Yoga therapy, Sound healing and Ecstatic dance - offering a fully integrated approach to somatic healing.

- Joanna T. Amber is a brilliant teacher. The atmosphere she creates is so relaxing. I always leave her classes feeling rejuvenated, completely relaxed, and with a calm, peaceful mind. Also she really helps you to work to your full potential with every pose so you get a thorough deep stretch. I suffer with lower back pain and tension in my neck and shoulders and a general state of stress - I realise this because of how calm I feel after her classes! And it's so relieving to stretch out all my tense areas. I can't recommend her enough.
- The location, absolutely beautiful. A great mix of people, and with lack of phone signal and TV, we sat and "spoke" :) Just like it used to be. I really enjoyed the mix of yoga, and learnt a lot of new things. Also learning that vegan food can taste so good.
- Amber created a wonderful relaxed environment for the weekend enabling a group of strangers to become connected. Smooth clear instruction and well targeted tweaks to enhance technique were beautifully given and the mix of yoga styles made each session interesting and different and her mindfulness enabled an enhanced spiritual connection.

- “A dream experience" I loved everything about this retreat and learnt so much in such a short time. The food was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the raw food class and being able to talk to our amazing chef so openly. Each yoga class was completely different but amazing too and it's clear to see that Amber is a real specialist who adores what she does. She created the most beautiful and calming atmosphere from the moment we walked in the door, where everybody could do and be as they wanted. My mum and I did our morning meditations and yoga sessions in our pyjamas, it was that relaxed! - After a very challenging year, this retreat was the best gift I could have ever given myself. The house we stayed in was beautiful, surrounded by nature. Amber's teachings were marvelous. One of the biggest highlights of the weekend was definitely trying many new styles of yoga and meditation. I especially enjoyed the free movement workshop. Holly's nourishing vegan cooking was a treat for both the body and the soul. Abby's massage was excellent and revitalizing, I have returned home feeling re-energized and so much better. - I did like almost everything about this. The location is beautiful. You really feel in the middle of nature. The environment that Amber creates makes you feel like you are in a different reality. It allowed me to relax like never before. The food is awesome. I haven't eat so well outside my home in months. The yoga and meditation classes are comprehensible and easy to follow. Perfect for beginners. The overall experience has been awesome. I couldn't recommend it enough.
