- Amber Serene Amber offers yoga therapy for stress, depression, anxiety and insomnia — weaving breathwork, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra and sound energy healing. She has trained in massage therapy, acupuncture, Qigong, sound, kirtan and ecstatic dance.

- Lula Rose McGill Lula teaches breathwork, meditation and mindset coaching alongside functional mobility and strength. Her classes use musculoskeletal alignment to bring the body back to its natural healing state.
